Important Notes for Malaysia
The High commission requires the document holder’s copy of passport on submission. For the legalisation of a marriage certificate or Certificate of No Impediment, a copy of the passport from both parties is required.
The Malaysian High Commission accepts foreign documents if certified and Apostilled in the UK. Restrictions apply for the certification and Apostille legalisation of foreign documents in the UK, please double check with our team.
If the document is rejected by the Consulate, they do not refund the consular disbursement fee.
